We specialize in working with foreign investors, particularly Israelis, as we are fluent Hebrew speakers. Daniel, the CEO and Co-owner of the company, was also a remote foreign investor in the past, so he deeply understands the unique needs of this type of investor.

Daniel Nigri
CEO & Co-Founder
Daniel is an accomplished entrepreneur, real estate investor, and developer with years of experience acquiring, building, renovating, and managing high-performing residential portfolios. He is the founder of multiple real estate ventures focused on value-add investments, affordable housing, and community revitalization across the United States.
Daniel has successfully completed dozens of full-scale renovation projects, transforming distressed properties into thriving long-term rentals and profitable resales. He has led the acquisition, renovation, and management of hundreds of rental units and co-founded several companies dedicated to residential revitalization and both short- and long-term value creation.
Recognized for his ability to scale operations, drive equity growth, and lead diverse teams through complex acquisition, renovation, and management challenges, Daniel is deeply passionate about addressing housing challenges. His work emphasizes sustainable real estate development and long-term community impact, with a proven track record of turning underperforming assets into high-performing properties that strengthen neighborhoods.

Snir Edri
Director of Field Operations & Co-Founder
Snir brings over a decade of experience as a general contractor, having completed more than 500 renovations of residential properties and apartment buildings. Fluent in English, Spanish and Hebrew, he oversees construction and maintenance operations, ensuring that all properties under our care are maintained to the highest standards. Snir's expertise in construction and manpower management is a cornerstone of our ability to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, Snir holds a degree in Business and Economy from the University of Beer Sheva, Israel, and is an experienced real estate investor and owner of multiple properties, further enhancing his understanding of investor needs.
